The Bear Stone stands on the south side of the road at the edge of the Cultural Heritage Site in Mortensnes, Nesseby. West of Vadsø.
You´ll find this petrified woman lying on the shore just beneath Klubbnasen - some kilometers before Vestre Jakobselv - on the west side.
The rock types you can see in the cliffs out towards Hamningberg, date back to Precambrian times.
These "Hitler Teeth" are standing on the curve in the road just west of Kiby, and on the south side of the bridge across the river Sjåbuselva just east of Kiby.  They have their origin from World War II and were erected by the German occupation forces as barricades for thanks.
These stone graves are a few hundred metres east of Kramvik (on the way between Ekkerøy and Vardø) on the land side of the road.
The flagstone pit is probably from th 7th-10th century AD and was used to make train oil for lighting. Its about 40 metres from the road towards the sea and roughly 6,8 km east of the last house in Krampenes.
The Ivar Stone is near Varanger Museums "Toumainengården" in the eastern part of Vadsø. No one knows for certain why the stone is placed there or who did it.
The Medieval village on Vadsøya is on the left side, immediately after crossing the bridge in Vadsø. In the 16th- 17th century, there was a medieval village on the island of Vadsøya.
You´ll find this sacrificial site by stopping approximately 1 km west before the "Kramvik" sign as you drive towards Vard. Then walk 1 km northwards up the mountain.
