On 18th November 2009, Ekkerøy Feriehus was certified as the 13th eco-tourism business in Norway, and as the first in Finnmark and Troms. – We have satisfied 100 requirements and also been through a long application process since two years ago when I decided to be the first eco-tourism business in Finnmark. Right now I am really proud and happy that we made it, director of Ekkerøy Feriehus, Ingjerd Tjelle, says. |
